Hardware Maintenance Diskette Version 1.76 Mac
The fan power died on my daughter's Thinkpad T42p. I obtained a brandnew replacement motherboard off ebay, but I've now discovered I needthe 'Thinkpad Hardware Maintenance Diskette v1.73 ' in order tomigrate the serial number from the old board to the new one.The Lenovo website tells me I need to be an authorized reseller inorder to get a PIN to download the image. Obviously I can't do this.Does anybody have a copy of this diskette who would be willing to makean image and upload or send it to me?Woody01.01.09 15:43.
